Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

• Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Standard Ground (14–20 Days): Free on orders over CAD 49 ; otherwise CAD 9.99 flat fee.

  • Please note: Due to customs policies and procedures, the above time frame is based on historical averages and may occasionally take longer.
    

• Order Processing & Transit

  • We process and ship orders within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    

• Delivery Estimate

  • Please allow up to 25 business days total for rural or remote addresses.

2. International Shipping

• Available Regions: U.S.A, Canada, & Australia. 

• Customs & Duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on destination country. These are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Packaging & Sustainability

• Orders are packed in recycled and recyclable mailers.

• You’ll receive a digital — not paper — invoice to reduce waste.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Change address, shipping method, or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at info@vogsion.com.

• After that window, we’re unable to modify orders, but exchange or return is possible once you receive it.

5. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive your order, please contact us within 5 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

• We’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address. However, we’ll do our best to assist.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for full-priced items, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and tags intact.

• Free return shipping is offered for domestic orders over CAD 100  via our prepaid return label.

• For orders under 100 CAD, a restocking fee of 14.99 CAD will be applied to returned items. This fee helps us cover handling and processing costs.
• For international returns, customers cover return shipping, and duties/import fees are non-refundable.
